Our summer sheds are built to withstand the heavier elements of British weather, with tongue and groove cladded panels, which are pre-engineered to be as weather resistant as possible. No matter whatever you store inside of the wooden sheds, you can be sure it will be protected. With a variety of window placement options, you can make maximum use of the natural source of light.
The pressure treated tongue and groove construction is a much more substantial design than your normal overlap cladding, utilising thicker material for an overall stronger structure. With its heavy-duty floor, you have also the peace of mind that you won’t be restricted to storing the heavier of goods within. These sheds are the ultimate garden storage building which will suit all your needs
This item comes delivered via a courier pallet delivery company who deliver the pallet kerb side only.

Our timber specification (Finished Sizes)
- 12mm Swedish Pressure Treated Tanalised Red-Wood Tongue & Groove Shiplap
- 38mm x 50mm Framework throughout the building (Including roof and floor)
- 18mm pressure treated floorboard planks consisting of floor bearers attached underneath to elevate off the ground
- 12mm Swedish Pressure Treated Tanalised Red-Wood Tongue & Groove Shiplap for the roof
- 4mm Horticultural glass
- 40kg Heavy duty modified bitumen mineral felt
- All our summer sheds are fully framed throughout and screwed together during the manufacturing process and not stapled thus making it a much more stable building during the erecting process
- All our sheds are manufactured with pressure treated tanalised timber on the outside of the building to help against rotting, fungal and insect attack
- Galvanized nails are used throughout our item, as well as every cladded timber being double nailed for extra strength
- All our buildings arrive with galvanised hinges, galvanised Brenton padbolts as standard.
Important information
Even though our sheds come pressure treated tanalised prior to delivery, we still recommend that the item is given an oil or spirit-based treatment which will give if protection against water being soaked into the timber. This will also prolong the life of the building.

Delivery & Returns
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize your payment card, however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available in stock for shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be prepared for shipping straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 8-15 working days. Some products e.g. bespoke products may have longer lead time as specified in estimated lead time on individual product page. We will send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 8 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@outdoorlivingsimplified.com so that we can look into and support. In few cases for longer lead time as specified in details on individual product page, the dispatch times and tracking updates will be applicable accordingly with the Lead time.
Garden Sheds,Log Cabins, Verandas or heavy Products will be delivered to the nearest Kerb Side on pallets. It is the customer's responsibility to move the goods from the kerb to your desired location.
We offer free delivery on orders over £700 to most UK mainland destinations. For deliveries to North Scotland, Northern Island and non-mainland UK addresses, please contact us at info@outdoorlivingsimplified.com
Damages
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you NOT to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@outdoorlivingsimplified.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order in 14 working days of item being returned.
For refunds, the product must be supplied only with the original wrapping and packaging. It should not have been tampered in any way. For returns, you can contact us at returns@outdoorlivingsimplified.com.
