Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation 

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize your payment card, however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available in stock for shipment. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be prepared for shipping straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to let you know. 

Order Delivery 

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 8-15 working days. Some products e.g. bespoke products may have longer lead time as specified in estimated lead time on individual product page. We will send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 8 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@outdoorlivingsimplified.com so that we can look into and support. In few cases for longer lead time as specified in details on individual product page, the dispatch times and tracking updates will be applicable accordingly with the Lead time.

Garden Sheds,Log Cabins, Verandas or heavy Products will be delivered to the nearest Kerb Side on pallets. It is the customer's responsibility to move the goods from the kerb to your desired location.

We offer free delivery on orders over £700 to most UK mainland destinations. For deliveries to North Scotland, Northern Island and non-mainland UK addresses, please contact us at info@outdoorlivingsimplified.com

Damages 

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you NOT to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@outdoorlivingsimplified.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order in 14 working days of item being returned.

For refunds, the product must be supplied only with the original wrapping and packaging. It should not have been tampered in any way. For returns, you can contact us at returns@outdoorlivingsimplified.com
